Stennett joined Forge Consulting in April 2024 as a Project Manager. Stennett has a diverse background in project and program management and has worked for several types of organizations, including nonprofits, consulting, and, recently, banking. Stennett is versatile in project management, consulting, and business management. 

Stennett has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on human resource management. She also has a graduate certificate in project management and a graduate certificate in organizational development, a master's degree in leadership and organization, and is a certified coach.

In her downtime, Stennett enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, baking, and going to music and sporting events.
