Rhea Fears, CFP®, is a Financial Consultant at Forge Consulting. She joined The Forge Companies in 2024 and brings nearly a decade of financial services experience to the team. Before joining The Forge Companies, Rhea gained valuable experience with prominent firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo, where she focused on helping clients address diverse financial planning needs.

Rhea graduated from Emory University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics. In 2022, she earned her master’s in business administration from Georgia Tech. Rhea is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance through the state of Georgia. Dedicated to continuous growth, Rhea remains intellectually curious and committed to advancing her knowledge within the settlement planning industry.

Rhea lives in Smyrna, GA, with her husband, Tarik, and their two dogs, Marley & Mazi. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing softball, and solving puzzles.
