David has worked in the financial and legal services industry for 25 years. In his prior roles, David was responsible for various functions, including operational risk, project management, operations, technology, compliance, human resources, accounting, and finance.

As one of the founders of Advocacy Trust, David has served in several leadership roles inside of The Forge Companies and Abacus Advisors, Forge for Business’ bookkeeping and payroll services company. He also has worked at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and its predecessor firms in their Internal Audit, Global Securities Operations, and Global Markets Operations teams.

David graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
