Andy Mayer joined The Forge Companies in November 2024 as a Settlement Consultant for Forge Consulting. Andy joined Forge Consulting after a 28-year banking career in Louisville, Kentucky, where he focused on private banking and commercial lending. Andy was motivated to join Forge Consulting because of the opportunity to leverage his years of banking experience and education to support families in successfully navigating settlement and financial planning decisions.

Andy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He then earned his graduate degree from Louisiana State University Executive School of Banking and a Certified Wealth Strategist distinction from Cannon Financial Institute. Andy currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Charities for Kentucky.

 Andy resides in Louisville with his wife, Emily, and daughters, Olivia and Lillie Grace. Outside of spending time with his family, Andy enjoys attending college sports, horse racing, tennis, and listening to all genres of music.
